"It was easy to book the dyslexia assessment for my daughter. Prior to the appointment I was sent information and two questionnaires to fill in. One for my daughter and one for myself to complete, my daughters school was also asked to complete a questionnaire.

We met Donna at her office and had a discussion before the assement started and Donna explained to my daughter that she could have movement breaks, drink and eat inbetween the assessment and use her fidgits.

My daughter struggles to communicate with strangers but she felt at ease with Donna and content during the whole process.

A few days after the assement Donna contacted me with an email and a detailed report of the assessment and outcomes for my daughter.

I'm glad we took the leap to have the assessment after the school screening as it is more detailed and thorough. Now we feel we can finally move forward and support my daughter further with her education and the way she learns.
